Great communication all through the ordering process from the initial purchase through to an excellent and a very helpful delivery company. The shell chair itself is high quality and made from really sturdy materials. We’re not the most practiced when it comes to self assembly furniture, but the instructions were easy and straightforward to follow. The wood is heavy, so in places, building definitely requires 2 pairs of hands! It took us 30 mins to put it all together. All in all, very pleased! Thank you Satonia :-)
